These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PakaMeals mobile application and website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. PakaMeals is a registered MSME enterprise in India (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-KR-03-0777855) ("we", "us", "our").

1. The Service

PakaMeals lets you order freshly prepared meals for immediate delivery or schedule meals in advance through a weekly meal calendar. Meals are prepared at our kitchen center and delivered within our serviceable area.

2. Accounts

• You sign in using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP).
• You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your device secure.
• You must provide accurate delivery and contact information.

3. Orders and Pricing

• Prices for items are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change from time to time.
• Applicable delivery fees and taxes are displayed at checkout before you pay.
• An order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
• We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our serviceable area, or we suspect fraud or misuse.

4. Payments & Accepted Methods

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and wallets. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details. You may also maintain a PakaMeals wallet balance for faster checkout. All prices and charges are in Indian Rupees (INR).

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines and serviceable areas are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with demand, weather, and traffic.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• Do not place fraudulent orders or abuse promotions, refunds, or the wallet.

8. Food & Allergens

We take care in preparing your meals, but items may be prepared in kitchens that handle common allergens. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact us before ordering.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
