PakaMeals prepares meals fresh at our kitchen center and delivers them to your address within our serviceable area. This policy explains our delivery coverage and timelines.

1. Serviceable Area

We currently deliver in and around the KR Puram area of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Serviceability for your address is confirmed in the app when you set your delivery location. If your address is outside our area, you will not be able to place an order.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Order now: freshly prepared meals are typically delivered within 45–60 minutes, depending on demand, distance, weather, and traffic.
• Scheduled meals: meals planned in your meal calendar are delivered within the chosen meal slot (breakfast, lunch, snacks, or dinner).
• Delivery times shown in the app are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges (if any) are calculated based on your location and order value and are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Orders above a threshold may qualify for free delivery, as indicated in the app.

4. Receiving Your Order

• Please ensure the delivery address and contact number are accurate.
• Our delivery partner may contact you on the provided number at the time of delivery.
• If we are unable to reach you or deliver due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order may not be eligible for a refund.
