PakaMeals is a registered MSME enterprise in India (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-KR-03-0777855). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below.

Information you provide

• Phone number — to create your account and sign in via one-time password (OTP).
• Profile details — such as your name, if you choose to provide it.
• Delivery addresses — addresses you add to receive orders.
• Orders, meal schedules, wallet activity — items you order or plan, and wallet top-ups/usage.
• Ratings and reviews — feedback or photos you submit.

Information collected automatically

• Location — with your permission, to detect the nearest kitchen center and set your delivery area. You can decline and enter an address manually.
• Device & usage data — device model, OS version, app version, and in-app events for analytics and improvement.
• Diagnostics — crash and performance data to help us fix problems.

Payment information

Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. Your full card or bank details are entered within Razorpay's secure interface and are not stored on our servers. We retain only limited transaction records (reference, amount, status).

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To process and deliver orders, subscriptions, and wallet transactions.
• To determine your serving center and delivery eligibility.
• To send transactional notifications (order status, payment reminders).

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers (payment, cloud, analytics, delivery) strictly to operate the Service.
• With delivery personnel, limited to what is needed to deliver your order.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer required, data is deleted or anonymized.

• View and update your profile and addresses in the app.
• Enable or disable location and notification permissions in your device settings.
• Request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us (subject to legal retention requirements).

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
